This can be treated like a regular food pantry. Please consider the weather! If you buy individual items packed in one box (ex: granola bars), please separate them. Some people decide to sharpie out the barcode of items to prevent resale. It is completely up to you what you donate and how you do it. Keep in mind that there might be hungry people keeping an eye on you from a distance because they are waiting for food. You do not need to communicate with anyone to put stuff in, but I am happy to receive emails with photos!

Izzy's Blessing Box
This blessing box was made in 2017 for my Girl Scout Gold Award. This box is an outdoor food pantry that is accessible 24/7, 365 days of the year. Anyone can use it, and it is not limited to any type of person.
This box has been in need of more help as of recently. In the past, it was filled by Merge Memphis, but we have been noticing less and less food in it over time. This is on a school and church property, and it is placed next to a little free book box. There are a lot of children that need to take from this box after class.

This picture was taken on 2/16/24. Both boxes are empty and dirty. We hope to get out there soon to paint and clean it up.
